The Opportunity: More Than Just a Role

This is a 360-degree management training program. We are looking for an ambitious graduate who wants to learn the entire business, from the ground up. You will report directly to the owners and be trained in all areas of resort operations.

Your goal is to master our daily operations so you can grow into a future administrative and management role. We are investing in someone who is eager to learn, progress, and build a long-term career with us.

Your Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

As a key member of our small team, you will be involved in all aspects of the guest experience. This is a hands-on role designed to teach you the complete business:

  • Guest Relations & Reception: Be the face of DK2 Resort. You will manage the complete guest lifecycle, from handling online and phone reservations to providing a warm welcome at check-in, acting as a personal concierge for their needs, and ensuring a smooth check-out.
  • Operations Supervision: Learn to manage our core operations by supervising the housekeeping team, ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and room presentation are met daily, and coordinating room readiness for new arrivals.
  • Food & Beverage Service: Provide an attentive and personal dining experience in our intimate resort restaurant. You will be responsible for taking guest orders, serving meals, and helping manage the restaurant’s ambiance and service flow.
  • Hands-On Team Support: We are a small, “all-hands-on-deck” team. This role requires being a proactive team player, ready to assist the housekeeping or kitchen team during peak moments when necessary. No task is too small.
  • Back-Office & Administration: Grow your management skills by supporting the owners with daily administrative functions, including report handling, inventory checks, and working with key documents to understand the business from the inside out.

About You (What We’re Looking For)

We are looking for potential, not just experience. Our ideal candidate is:

  • Educated: A recent graduate with a university degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Professional & Ambitious: You have a passion for hospitality, a high capacity for learning, and a clear desire to progress in your career.
  • Genuinely Tech-Savvy: You are more than just “skilled with computers.” You are an assiduous user who genuinely enjoys technology, apps, and digital tools to work efficiently and find solutions.
  • A Natural Communicator: You must speak and write English fluently and professionally. You are open, proactive, and enjoy communicating and interacting with both guests and the team.
  • A Proactive Team Player: You have a strong work ethic, take initiative, and understand that in a small resort, success comes from working closely together as a supportive team.
  • A Bonus (Not Required): Fluency in other languages, especially Spanish, will be highly valued.
