URGENT HIRING: 3 KEY POSITIONS

Location: Taytay, Palawan (Stay-in)
Start Date: Immediate Incorporation

We are looking for modern, adaptable staff. Across ALL positions, we highly value:

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Fluent English: The ability to hold natural, confident conversations with international guests is our #1 requirement.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Tech & Social Media Savvy: We use digital tools for everything. If you are good with Instagram and taking aesthetic photos, that is a huge plus!
  • ๐Ÿค “Malasakit”: You treat the resort as if it were your own home.

*All positions start with a Probationary Period (max 6 months) with the goal of Regularization based on performance.

1. Hospitality Management Trainee (Admin & Operations)

Perfect for Fresh Graduates. Are you a recent Hospitality graduate ready to build a real career? We’re looking for a future leader to be the right hand of the owners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Manage the complete guest lifecycle (reservations, check-in, concierge, check-out) with a warm personality.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Help us capture content for Instagram/Facebook stories and engage with guests online.
  • Operations: Supervise housekeeping standards and coordinate room readiness.
  • Back-Office: Assist with administrative reports, inventory, and documentation using digital tools.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Excellent English (Written and Spoken).
  • Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and mobile apps.

2. Housekeeping & Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a proactive individual who takes pride in keeping the resort beautiful. This is a dual role combining cleanliness with general upkeep.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping Excellence: Ensure rooms are spotless and prepared to high standards.
  • General Maintenance: Perform basic repairs (changing lightbulbs, simple plumbing, painting) and keep the grounds clean.
  • Team Support: Communicate effectively via chat apps to report issues immediately.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness and stamina.
  • Smartphone Savvy: Comfortable using apps for team coordination.
  • Good conversational English is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or construction is a plus.

3. Resort Cook

We need a reliable cook who can manage our kitchen with cleanliness and consistency. You will prepare breakfast and meals for guests and staff.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Filipino & International basics).
  • Presentation: Making sure the food looks appetizing (Instagram-ready!).
  • Kitchen Management: Maintaining strict hygiene and managing inventory lists digitally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook.
  • Knowledge of food safety.
  • Ability to organize stock and requests via mobile.
